How to implement your own digital folder structure with memoresa

20.04.2021 From now on, you can store your documents in the memoresa portal even more intuitively and thus organise them according to your wishes and your folder structure. What helps you to do this is our tagging. You can add one or more tags to your uploaded documents and matters. Your advantage: You can tag your matters according to content and events. These are the new functions:

Sort the documents by the keyword
Give the tags matching icons
Assign a colour to the keywords
Easily rename or delete the keywords
Decide whether you want to sort by document type or by your keywords

Here is an example: Let’s imagine you have taken out a health insurance policy abroad. You load the corresponding contract into the memoresa portal and put it into your insurances, because that is the type of document. This is what it looks like in the portal:

With our new keyword function, you can now also tag your health insurance abroad with the keyword (or tag) holiday, semester abroad or trip abroad – depending on what suits you. Perhaps you associate sunshine with your experiences abroad and therefore the colour yellow. Then you can select a suitable icon. That’s it:

Visually and in terms of content, the uploaded insurance policy matches your current planning. Perhaps a large part of your family doesn’t live in Germany and you no longer associate only holidays with foreign countries, but rather with your family. Then choose your aunt’s favourite colour… This way you can find the important documents with the help of your associations and have everything thematically together.
