Update for our emergency card

Our emergency card, which we launched last year, has undergone a comprehensive update and is now even better tailored to your needs as users. The further development took place in discussion with emergency doctors, so that we were able to incorporate first-hand information.

Although we are not changing the unbeatable combination of digital emergency page and analogue emergency card, after weeks of brainstorming, designing, discarding and headaches, we have decided on a brand new design and a complete overhaul of the emergency page. What we have changed and why at all, you can read in the following overview.
1. Digital emergency page now independent
To access your digital emergency page, you had to log in to the memoresa portal and then go to the emergency kit section. We would like to save you this diversions from now on: The emergency page can now be found at its own address on the web and can thus be accessed even more quickly and easily. All you have to do is scan the QR code on your emergency card.
This also means that you can now use it without a memoresa subscription. You only have to purchase the emergency card once. You can then edit and update the information on the digital emergency page without limit and as often as you need.

2. digital emergency page redesigned
The design of the site has been completely redesigned to make it even more intuitive and easier to use. It now comes with plenty of space for medical info, including for example:
- Pre-existing conditions
- Medication
- Pregnancy
- Dialysis
- Blood group
- Space for documents such as health care proxy and care directive
- and more
The next functions are already being diligently discussed internally and will soon be ready for launch!
3. emergency card in the new design
Not only the emergency page has been visually redesigned, but also the emergency card comes in a completely new design. Eye-catching red attracts attention, and the most important information (name, allergies, emergency contact and of course the QR code to the emergency page) is written directly on the card. The new card is also made of biodegradable PVC. But don’t worry: it loses neither stability nor durability. Its lifespan is just as long as that of a normal plastic card.
