Children, family members in need of care, partners or pets – many people not only manage their own lives, but also take care of the affairs of loved ones. With memoresa, you can now digitally manage not only your own life, but also that of your loved ones. You have two options – either you link your account with that of another user (partner account) by means of account approval or you create sub-accounts yourself.

Imagine: You and your partner both use memoresa, but you don’t want to send each document and information back and forth individually. That’s why there are now partner accounts: Simply share your accounts with each other and you will have access to everything the other has stored in his or her account. Of course, there is also the option to share accounts only unilaterally – for example, if you care for someone who does not want to or cannot manage their own affairs. Only you then have access to the information and documents of your counterpart.

Subaccounts are suitable if you want to manage the affairs of people who are not (yet) able or willing to do so themselves. These include, for example, children, relatives in need of care, elderly people without their own Internet access, or pets. No separate accounts with their own access data are necessary – instead, everything runs via your own portal access. The people for whom you have created the sub-accounts cannot log in themselves.

Switching between the user accounts you care about is easy. Just click on your profile picture and select the user whose account you want to switch to. Whether you use sub-accounts or partner accounts, the new feature allows you to manage your own affairs and those of people you care for easily, quickly and clearly.
